Customer Service Manager

Established Search is supporting a cardiovascular medical device manufacturer as it continues to strengthen its commercial and customer-facing operations within Germany. We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to support and assist the sales and clinical support teams through effective, organised administrative and commercial execution.The objective of this role is to deliver best-in-class customer service to existing accounts with a proactive, can-do, problem-solving mindset, while also engaging new and existing customers to support product introduction, cross-selling, and up-selling. The position provides strategic and operational support across market-specific sales, marketing, product management, and market research activities.ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary point of contact for existing customers and new leads, maintaining strong relationships and supporting increased product utilisationProactively support sales activity by filling the sales funnel and coordinating demos for sales and clinical teamsSupport product introductions through phone and email campaignsCoordinate sales, marketing, and administrative activities in close collaboration with field sales, clinical teams, and international marketingManage customer correspondence, documentation, and internal processes to ensure efficient commercial executionSupport offer, order, invoicing, and delivery-related activities, liaising directly with customers where requiredCoordinate training events, meetings, symposia, and congress participation within GermanyProvide operational continuity for sales activities, including travel coordination and meeting organisationRequirements5+ years’ experience in a customer service, sales support, or commercial operations role within medical devices or healthcareStrong understanding of hospital environments and commercial sales processesProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneouslyHighly organised with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsFluent German and English (written and spoken)To be considered, please apply directly or email [email protected] with your CV and a brief note outlining your interest.Please note: due to the anticipated volume of applications, only candidates who closely match the requirements will be contacted.
