Senior CRM Profile
We are seeking a Technical Consultant with expertise in Dynamics CRM to enhance our client’s systems and processes. This role is crucial as you will work directly with stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable solutions, ensuring that the CRM platform effectively supports their business objectives. The culture encourages collaboration and a focus on delivering tangible results while allowing for a hybrid work setup, with one day a week in the office.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Strong background in system configuration and customisation
• Excellent ability to gather and articulate business requirements
• Familiarity with integrated tools and platforms, including Power Platform
• Experience in driving user adoption and providing ongoing support
