• Developing data and AI strategies: You advise our clients at the intersection of tech and business. You translate their business goals into tangible data and AI strategies. As their primary contact, you guide them from vision to implementation, working collaboratively and respectfully.

• Managing stakeholders: Through targeted design and facilitation of workshops, you bring stakeholders together. Together, you refine requirements, develop roadmaps, and validate innovative solutions.

• Designing architectures: In consulting projects, you will conceptualize future-proof architectures that precisely reflect complex business requirements and create sustainable economic added value.

• Managing projects and teams: During implementation, you take on the professional and technical project management and ensure the success of cross-functional teams. When it comes to a proof of concept or the validation of an idea, you don't hesitate to develop the first working code yourself.

• Sharing and fostering knowledge: You create an environment in which younger colleagues can develop optimally. Through appreciative feedback, you ensure high-quality project work and actively pass on your knowledge.

We operate independently and are technology-agnostic. Together with our clients, we select the tech stack that best suits their situation. In our projects, you will regularly encounter:

• Daten- & KI-Plattformen: Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Platform & Fabric, AWS Data & ML Stack, GCP

• Data Engineering: Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, relational and NoSQL databases

• ML & AI: mathematical optimization, classical machine learning, MLOps, generative AI, LLMs, LLMOps, agentic AI, RAG architectures

• Deployment & Delivery: FastAPI, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Cloud-native Architekturen

Who would be a good fit for us

• Consultant profile: You bring at least 5 years of solid experience in the practical implementation of data & AI projects. You now want to contribute your tech expertise in a strategic, customer-facing role.

• Data & AI Expert: Whether it's data architecture & infrastructure, data governance, data culture & organization, or data & AI products – you have in-depth knowledge in at least two of these areas. In the dynamic data & AI landscape, you maintain an overview, meaningfully classify new technologies, and efficiently integrate them into data and AI services.

• Empathetic in customer contact: With a keen sense for stakeholders and organizations, you quickly build trusting customer relationships and impress in technical discussions.

• Translator between Tech & Business: You find it easy to translate complex content in a way that is appropriate for the target audience. You speak the language of developers just as fluently as that of C-level executives.

• Solution Engineer: You're eager to actively engage in customer discussions beyond the project work itself. You convince potential partners with your expertise and tailored solutions. You want to work with us to further develop our offering and promote it externally (blog, talks, LinkedIn, conferences).

• Language skills: Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills round off your profile.
