THE ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Working Student – Process Implementation & Digitalization Support (m/f/d) in the Process & Digitalization team, you will support the implementation and improvement of business processes across the organisation. The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, active communication and alignment, as well as hands-on support in creating presentations, analyses, and digital tools.

In addition, you will gain valuable insights into the full project life cycle of a solar renewable energy project, covering multiple aspects such as project management, technical development, and commercial topics. This position offers an excellent opportunity to understand how renewable energy projects are planned, executed, and optimised, while contributing to process excellence and digital transformation initiatives.

TASKS

• Support process implementation initiatives, including documentation, coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate and align with various stakeholders, for example business departments, IT, and process owners.
• Prepare and maintain presentations, meeting materials, and status updates using PowerPoint.
• Support data analysis, tracking, and reporting activities using Excel.
• Assist in creating and improving dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Optionally support the development of simple tools or apps using Power Apps.
• Contribute to general topics and ad hoc tasks within the Process & Digitalization team.
• Support continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

PROFILE

• Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
• Strong communication skills and a structured, reliable working style.
• Confident handling of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Basic experience with Power BI, for example dashboards, reports, and data models.
• First exposure to Power Apps is an advantage, but not required.
• Interest in process management, digitalisation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Good analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage.
