Your key responsibilities

• Key Account Development: Systematically support and grow the existing partner network through regular visits to equestrian retail shops, showcasing new collections, optimizing in-store merchandising, and training dealer teams.
• New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new strategic retail partners to further expand market presence in Southern Germany.
• Event Representation: Ensure brand visibility at major equestrian events, international tournaments, and relevant trade fairs.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales figures within your territory, drive revenue targets, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Your profile

• Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B field sales, ideally within the equestrian industry, premium sports/fashion apparel, or selective retail.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German along with professional business English for seamless communication with headquarters.
• Industry Network: Deep familiarity with the equestrian scene (personal riding experience and core understanding of the culture surrounding show jumping and dressage) in Germany is a significant asset.
• Personality: Strong sustainable relationship management skills, high autonomy, excellent communication, and a sharp instinct for first-class customer service in the premium segment.

Our offer

• Contract Type: Permanent full-time contract under German law.
• Work Location: Home office based within your designated region, with high willingness to travel throughout the sales territory.
• Compensation: Attractive salary package (fixed base salary + motivating variable bonus based on performance targets).
• Equipment: Company car (available for private use), laptop, smartphone, and collection samples.
