• You will work across a range of projects and services, interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders to build common platforms, tooling and processes at various stages of the software development lifecycle, in a supportive environment.
• Contribute to the expansion and establishment of our platform.
• Be an autonomous self-starter working within a small Platform Engineering team and have a high capacity to learn new technologies, evaluate and implement them.
• Be part of an agile team, which introduce and operate practices such as for the containerization in our Kubernetes cluster to run live applications and strive to create solutions that are reusable, scalable and driven by automation.
• Follow our mindset as an “Infrastructure-as-Code” team: We ensure that all of our infrastructure and software can be defined in code.
• Key Responsibilities: Design, build and connect a secure cloud platform infrastructure.

Was erwarten wir von dir

• Background: You have a degree in the field of (business) information technology or comparable courses of study or trainings.
• Experience in Hashicorp Suite : You have strong proficiency in Terraform or the capacity to learn it as Terraform is the foundation of all of our infrastructure build.
• Networks : You have a good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Multicast, VPN, and Routing).
• Cloud-Native: Knowledge of AWS (VPC, ALB/NLB, WAF, Network Firewall, Private Link, Direct Connect) is an advantage. Knowledge of Cilium is an advantage.
• Containerisation: Being proficient in containerisation and container orchestration (preferably Kubernetes und visualization through ArgoCD, as well as Helm) is an advantage.
• Identity and Access Management: Knowledge in Linux, Active Directory, Web-based authentication flows such as OAuth or SAML and monitoring tools such as such as Prometheus, Grafana, ElasticSearch, Splunk etc. are desirable.
• Let's talk: You have very good knowledge of English – comparable to English level B2 or higher.
