Working Student (f/m/d) - Employer Branding

Tasks

• Support with day-to-day website management and strategic development.
• Drafting content for external and internal communications (intranet, newsletters, career page, etc.).
• Managing employer review platforms.
• Planning events in collaboration with the recruiting team.
• Working closely with other departments within IONOS (e.g., branding, internal communications).
• Supporting day-to-day operations as well as other initiatives in the area of employer branding.

Qualifications

• Advanced studies in economics, marketing or communications.
• Editorial skill and a sense for design.
• Initial experience with CMS and Canva is a plus.
• High affinity for employer‑branding and HR topics, as well as interest in personnel marketing and corporate culture.
• Fluent in German and English.
