We are looking for a proactive Working Student to join us at the core of our marketing strategy muscle. In this role, you will work directly with the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy to help us build the future of our growth engine. You will take ownership of high-impact projects, ranging from "growth hacking" our ARR topline to streamlining our processes for maximum scalability. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious student with an entrepreneurial mindset or consulting ambition who wants to master the MBB toolkit in a fast-paced environment where your impact actually moves the needle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis: Collaborate with the Senior Director by conducting deep-dive market research and competitor benchmarking. You will transform raw data into briefings and storylines to guide executive level decision-making

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead high-priority growth initiatives from scratch through to implementation. You will be responsible for hitting your milestones, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects deliver a measurable impact on ARR

• Scalability Enablement: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in our marketing engine. You will design and implement smarter processes and frameworks that allow our strategic initiatives to scale efficiently across the entire department

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

• Analytical Mindset: You go beyond surface-level data. You enjoy questioning the nuances of AI-generated output, refining it, and drawing your own data-driven conclusions

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are a proactive, intellectually curious "builder." You don’t just identify problems; you take the initiative to create and implement solutions

• Communication: Excellent English skills are mandatory. You can articulate complex strategic ideas clearly and produce high-quality written briefings

• Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (such as Startups or VC) or a top-tier management consultancy is a significant plus

Please note: This is a working student position, limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester . Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university and provide valid proof of enrollment (“Immatrikulationsbescheinigung” in Germany). Compensation is hourly €18.
