WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT As a Team Assistant in our Procurement Services team, you will be responsible for all administrative and organizational matters, as well as the proactive organization of processes and workflows. You will be responsible for the planning and moderation of meetings, training courses and workshops. Your organizational talent is in demand! You will support the team with topics such as travel management, accounting for travel expenses and team events, preparing reports and creating presentations. As the contact point between unit management and the Procurement Services team, you are responsible for sharing relevant announcements at team and company level. Last but not least, you will drive the further development of knowledge management and find creative solutions to quality problems in the unit.
