Our core expertise lies in well design and the operation of drilling rigs for geothermal energy and lithium mining.To strengthen our team at our Karlsruhe office location, we are looking for a full‑time (40 hours/week), permanent Drilling & Well QAQC Supervisor (m/f/d).Your missionCoordinate QAQC activities closely with the QAQC Lead and provide clear, timely feedback across rig, drilling, completion, and intervention operationsDemonstrate visible leadership in quality management and foster a strong QAQC culture among all service providersEnsure Service Quality Plans (SQPs) are implemented in line with contractual requirementsPlan and coordinate service inspections at contractor sites based on SQPs, in alignment with the contractorEnsure all equipment is properly prepared and supported by valid certifications and recordsEstablish a D&W QAQC release process before rig mobilization to confirm equipment readiness, including a final release noteMaintain and update the inspection reporting system with inspection reports, release notes, and relevant technical or proprietary informationIssue non-conformance and technical incident reports for products or services when requiredSupport and provide expertise in investigations of service or equipment failuresYour profileAt least 10 years of QAQC experience in drilling activitiesAdequate knowledge of general drilling and completions, including welltesting and interventions equipmentGood knowledge of rig operationsLead Auditor certification in ISO9001/APIQ1Practitioner certification for APIQ2Sound knowledge of DS1, NS2 and API standards relevant to contractor equipmentFluent in English, other languages are a plusStrong analytical skills, organizational ability, and communication skillsValid authorization to work in GermanyWillingness to travel (EU, UK, Norway)Passion for innovative technologies and sustainable energy projectsInitiative, team spirit, and the motivation to take responsibility and actively help shape the energy transitionWe offerResponsible position with creative freedom in a future-oriented companyCollaboration on groundbreaking projects in the field of geothermal energy and lithium miningIndividual training and development opportunities as well as targeted mentoring by experienced colleaguesModern working environment and a collegial, appreciative teamLong-term prospects in an industry with great growth potentialAttractive compensation package and benefitsWe are looking forward to meeting you!Interested?
