You'll make an impact by

• You independently take over 2nd- and 3rd-level support for our access control systems, analyze complex error patterns, and support our regional companies as well as partners both remotely and on site
• Based on this, you carry out detailed error and problem analyses, prepare the results for product management and development, and accompany commissioning as well as evaluations of customer systems
• In the next step, you prioritize support requests, plan and schedule actions, and thus ensure structured and efficient processing
• Additionally, you participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of internal tools, processes, and databases and independently carry out acceptance tests of new products in the assigned product area
• Finally, you share your expertise in classroom trainings and support the creation of e-learnings, always keeping the needs of the regions in mind

This is how you'll win us over

• Education : You have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with several years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering, or completed vocational training with further qualification as a technician/master and many years of relevant professional experience as well as technical or disciplinary leadership experience.
• Experience and Skills :
  • You possess in-depth experience in technical support, especially in the field of access control technology and security
  • You have advanced knowledge of IT technologies and database systems
  • You have proven project experience, ideally in an international environment
• Ways of Working : You work in a structured way, are a team player, communicative, customer-oriented, and always act professionally in an international context
• Languages : Very good German and good English skills
